The event combines trail obstacle running with plain trail running, allowing solo participation, two- or three-person teams, or children's races without them feeling secondary. Obstacles focus on "skill and coordination tasks," engaging for both children and adults. Teams start, navigate obstacles, and finish together; if one member misses an obstacle, the team shares the penalty.
