Badacsony Mapei Félmaraton és Trigo Maraton offers the atmosphere of a significant running event: Badacsony, the surrounding hills, and a notable section of Lake Balaton are all part of the start area's energy. The course is noted for its scenic qualities, enhanced by the park and hills. Longer distance participants will turn from Római tér onto the Egry promenade for the finish. The event also includes short runs for young children and relay races, aiming for a diverse crowd beyond serious road runners. A unique local incentive is offered: Laposa Olaszrizling bottles for every second registered entrant in the initial group, sponsored by Laposa Estate.
