Szentcsalád tér 18 and Rimóczi Kastély define the local character of this VII. edition: a small-town “street run” held In memoriam Maróti István. It feels like the kind of race where the objective is not spectacle, but participation, pinning on a number, and running a familiar route with respect.
The course is mostly asphalt, with shorter dirt-road sections, so road shoes should be fine but the legs will notice the changes underfoot. Families, children, school kids, high school students, adults, beginners, casual runners, and intermediate runners are all welcome, aided by the simple quirk that entry is free across the programme.
