This second-edition trail running event under Solymári Vár offers a day out on the trails at the edge of the Buda hills. Categories are varied, designed for families, beginners, runners over 60, and those seeking a tougher challenge. Everyone gathers at one race center, known for its unpolished atmosphere.
The course mixes forest dirt roads with asphalt sections, offering rhythm changes rather than a pure road run. Trails are marked with painted arrows, ribbons, and signs. The start and finish are both located directly below the castle. For longer distances, a phone and water bottle are mandatory gear. The race focuses on natural routes and environmentally conscious organization. Finishers receive chip timing, aid stations on longer routes and at the finish line, a medal, and results broken down for adult and child categories.
