The Gerecse and Újbuda regions offer two distinct settings for this series, yet the core concept remains: a recreational MTB and trail-running weekend established on "completely new foundations" starting in 2020. The Gerecse SUPerior Challenge MTB és terepfutó sorozat accommodates more than just competitive cyclists and runners; the entire event is designed for participants of all ages to find a suitable race format and enjoy themselves. Saturday is dedicated to cycling, with trail running taking place on Sunday. Family races, featuring shorter courses, allow parents and children to compete together. The primary start/finish area gains energy as the long cycling route passes through it, bringing participants back past supportive onlookers. This central area is complemented by children's activities, craft stations, and the mini ELEminator, ensuring the event functions as an enjoyable race day for children, not merely an obligation.
