The Giro dei Tre Monti is a running event in Imola, centered on the city’s hills and the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Autodrome. Now over fifty years old, it attracts a diverse group of participants: international runners, national-level athletes, local competitors, club runners, walkers, and those seeking to join the day's activities.
The course incorporates two of Imola’s significant landmarks: the undulating terrain outside the city and the motor-racing circuit that defines much of the city’s sporting character. The event also features a practical community aspect, with University of Bologna physiotherapy students providing complimentary post-race massage and injury advice, and Glucasia volunteers and ASL Imola nurses offering free blood-glucose checks before and after the run or walk.
