IX^ Hipporun 10 Km di Vinovo

The Hipporun 10 Km di Vinovo is a 10 km run held at the Vinovo Hippodrome near Turin, organized by ASD Podistica Torino in early October. While listed as non-competitive, the previous edition saw 1,077 finishers, including 933 competitive athletes. The event is linked to its venue: runners begin at the hippodrome, with trot races following in the afternoon. The course departs the hippodrome for the Royal Park of Stupinigi before returning to finish on the Turin track's main straight, where horses typically race. The last edition set an attendance record and attracted national-level athletes; Alberto Mondazzi won after a final lap on the track, having run with Sergiy Polikarpenko.
