Maratonina di Mestre takes place in Mestre, Venice's mainland city, on a September Sunday, offering three non-competitive routes of 6 km, 11 km, and 19 km. Despite its name, it functions more as a community event than a traditional half marathon, catering to participants seeking a short, medium, or longer run or walk without the pressure of competitive rankings. The courses traverse Parco Albanese, Bosco dell’Osellino, Parco San Giuliano, Forte Marghera, concluding in Piazza Ferretto, Mestre's main square. Ca’ Mestre assists with the event, managing bib and race-packet distribution.
