Triathlon di Lavarone Cross e Sprint

Triathlon di Lavarone Cross e Sprint, held on the shores of Lake Lavarone in Alpe Cimbra, focuses on off-road triathlon. The Lavarone Triathlon Cross begins at 14:00, featuring a 750-meter swim, a 17 km mountain bike ride, and a 5 km trail run. The area has a triathlon history dating back to 1986. PDNTRI A.S.D. organizes the event with support from the municipality of Lavarone. The Cross course starts in the lake, proceeds through the woods and terrain surrounding Folgaria and Lavarone, and concludes with the run up Monte Rust. The Austro-Hungarian Observatory serves as the turning point on the trail segment. Hundreds of red swim caps are visible in the lake at the start. The participants include athletes of all ages, families, fans, top Italian teams, and national-team athletes competing in Cross World Championship and X Terra races. A key prize is the title of best Team in Italy.
