Tuscany Moonlight is a 44.5 km trail race held in Castiglione d'Orcia, Siena, Tuscany. It takes place in July, covering 1,470 metres of elevation gain within a distance between a marathon and a 50 km ultra. This makes it a mountain-style effort, distinct from a flat road race.
The results show a field of 89 finishers. Gabriele Teodorani won in 3:46:47, and Jessica Galleani was the first woman at 4:29:26, finishing one second ahead of third-place finisher Massimo Tagliaferri. The majority of top runners were Italian, but the field also featured older age-group participants from the United Kingdom, such as Fadie Shammon (men's 65-69) and Timothy Chaplin (men's 55-59).
