V^ 10 Km Tigullio Run

The Tigullio Run is a 10 km road race along the Ligurian coast, starting in Lavagna and finishing in Chiavari. Participants gather at 8:00 AM for a 10:00 AM start, with a 1 hour 30 minute time limit for the 10,000 metres. A.S.D. Maratoneti del Tigullio organizes the event, which features a FIDAL-certified course for a national individual road competition. The start is on Corso Genova near Piazza Europa in Lavagna, with the course leading runners toward Chiavari instead of returning to the starting town. Recent editions have seen over 400 registered participants, divided between a competitive FIDAL Bronze field and a non-competitive section that includes the Family Run. Now in its fifth edition, the event follows a consistent format: a measured coastal 10K, a short time cap, an affordable entry fee, and awards for the top five overall finishers and the first three Italians.
