The VIII Memorial Antonio Motta is an evening road race held in Ronco Briantino, located in the Monza and Brianza province of Lombardy. The primary event is a 10 km competitive race, complemented by a 5 km competitive option and a 5 km non-competitive walk or run for those seeking a less demanding activity. The competitive races are sanctioned FIDAL regional road events for male and female Juniores, Promesse, Seniores, and Masters categories. The open 5 km ensures the event is welcoming to participants outside of official club structures.
All three distances traverse the same approved 5 km town circuit, which is entirely asphalted and traffic-free. The 10 km participants will complete two laps, while the 5 km runners will finish after one lap. Both the start and finish lines are situated on Via Bonfanti, close to the parking facilities. The races also contribute points to the Atletica C.T.L.3 club championship. The registration package includes a chip bib, an event t-shirt, a small gift, a voucher for pasta and beer, medical assistance, bag storage, changing rooms, and shower facilities.
