Follotrimmen Østre Greverud 5. løp is an 8 km road race in Nordre Follo, Norway. This is the fifth event in the eight-race Follotrimmen series held in Follo. All participants start together at 18:00 on race day. This race is the last Follotrimmen event before the summer break. The route goes to Østre Greverud and finishes back at Sofiemyr stadium via the illuminated trail. The course is considered challenging, not a simple flat run.
