Glommamila

Glommamila returns a running festival to Elverum's centre streets after a long absence. This new late-summer race features a 10 km event, a 5 km distance, and a 500-metre children's run. The course runs through Elverum's town streets, offering local recreational runners a local goal rather than traveling to a larger race. Physiotherapy students from the University of Innlandet at Terningen Arena organize the event, focusing on public health. The race aims to be low-threshold, accessible, and beneficial for runners from Elverum and the surrounding region.
