Ledenløpet is a running event held in August in the Øyer, Hafjell, Fåvang, and Tretten area of Norway, offering four distance options. Participants can choose Langleden (27 km), Mellomleden (17 km), Stuttleden (7 km), or Bringebærleden (1 km). The 1 km Bringebærleden is free and intended for younger or less experienced runners. With a total field limit of 200 runners, it has the character of a local trail and road running day rather than a large urban race.
Each distance begins at a different local farm or site: the 27 km starts at Fjøssystemer in Fåvang, the 17 km at Simengård in Tretten, the 7 km at Skådengård in Øyer, and the 1 km at Moe gård in Øyer. Bus transport from Nermo to the starts of the longer races is available for a small fee. Bib pickup can be done in advance at Sport 1 Hafjell or near the starts on race day. The organizers recommend specific nutrition for each distance, including sports drinks, gels, caffeine gels, and recovery or energy bars for the 17 km and 27 km races.
