Mesnaelva Opp is a short uphill race in Lillehammer, organized by Litrim as part of the Sørdalskarusellen series. It covers 3.6 km from Strandtorget (130m elevation) to Kanten Kro (490m elevation), making the entire race a climb: 360 meters of gain at an average gradient of 10%. The surface is a mix of asphalt and gravel road.
The route follows the road beside the Mesnaelva river before turning toward the ski jumping hills for the final hundred meters. It has been run since 2008, with a participant record of 88 runners. Sjur Prestsæter holds the men's course record at 19:22, and Liv Hilde Drugli holds the women's record at 23:40.
