Storlirennet is a freestyle cross-country ski race connecting Meråker, Norway, and Storlien, Sweden, concluding at Grova. On race day, recreational skiers begin in the trim class between 10:00 and 10:45, without timing. The timed competition class commences at 11:00.
The race-day arrangements focus on logistics: participants receive advance instructions for transport and parking. Accommodation options are available in both Meråker and Storlien. A return bus service operates from Meråker to Storlien post-race. Awards for the top three overall men and women are presented soon after they finish. Other prizes are distributed continuously at Grova and must be collected on-site, as they will not be mailed.
