Dębicka Dziesiątka

Dębicka Dziesiątka begins and ends on the grounds of the former military unit on Kościuszki Street in Dębica. The main event is a 10 km road race on a flat, asphalt course, with a 90-minute time limit. A separate 7 km race for athletes with paraplegia starts just before the main field. The city sports center, MOSiR, organizes the event, supported by Dębicki Klub Biegacza Maratończyk. The 10 km route starts on Akademicka Street, turns onto Kościuszki, heads toward the bridge, then uses Kosynierów Racławickich and Mościckiego before reaching the Metalowców area and returning the same way. Runners receive water just after the U-turn on the return leg. The race uses overall women’s and men’s standings, plus age groups for 16-35, 36-50, and 50+, while the 7 km event has its own paraplegia classification. Registration figures indicate a local race with a solid field rather than a large mass event.
