Formoza Challenge Kalisz Formoza Ultra Challenge 2026

Formoza Challenge Kalisz stages an obstacle race within the Leśne Centrum Edukacyjne “Las Winiarski” in Kalisz, Poland. The primary adult formats cover approximately 6 km of off-road running. Scheduled for May, the Kalisz event offers SHORT, TEAM CHALLENGE, and ULTRA CHALLENGE options, alongside children’s races of about 1 km and 2 km. This event caters to adults and children, providing suitable formats for beginners, teams, experienced obstacle runners, and families. The course features 20 to 40 obstacles, combining natural terrain with constructed elements and military-style challenges. Formoza Challenge is organized in connection with JW Formoza, Poland’s naval special operations unit, with some obstacles reflecting Formoza expertise and military gear. The Ultra Challenge introduces a more demanding element: participants begin with a backpack and a dummy rifle. The children’s race involves kids running with assistance from Formoza commandos, lending the event a training-day atmosphere alongside its race aspect. Its motto, “Nigdy nie zostawiamy swoich!” translates to “We never leave our own,” reinforcing the focus on teamwork, particularly in the team format.
