The JBL Triathlon Sieraków relays are team events held alongside the triathlon in Sieraków. In these races, one participant swims, another cycles, and a third runs, differing from a solo athlete completing all disciplines. This year's relay program features a charity format with the Pho3nix Foundation, incorporating a fundraising objective into the team competition.
The inaugural charity relay is headed by Marek Plawgo, a Polish record holder and European Championship medalist in the 400m hurdles. He seeks a swimmer and a cyclist to complete his team, offering two amateur athletes the opportunity to compete with a prominent Polish track and field athlete. The relays intend to raise a minimum of 50,000 PLN for the Children's Home in Chrypsko Wielkie, which supports 14 children. Funds will be allocated to sports and educational equipment, such as roller skates, bicycles, ice skates, scooters, and dumbbells.
