Mocna piątka

Mocna Piątka is a Katowice race day featuring a fast 5 km run in Dolina Trzech Stawów, with a 10 km option for those seeking more distance. The program also includes 5 km Nordic Walking and Mocna Piątka Junior, making the event suitable for beginners, club runners, walkers, children, and families, not exclusively experienced racers. The route follows an asphalt roller-ski track certified by the Polish athletics federation, located within Katowice’s Forest Park area around the Three Ponds valley. The junior races are divided by age, with short distances of 200 m, 500 m, and 1000 m. The children's field is limited to 100 participants.
