Tour De GZM II Ultramaraton Rowerowy

Tour de GZM II Ultramaraton Rowerowy is a June cycling ultramarathon based in Siewierz. All routes start and finish in Siewierz as loops. Riders select from 100 km, 200 km, or a route of almost 400 km around the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia. This offers options for strong amateur cyclists and those seeking a longer endurance ride. Each participant receives a GPS file for their chosen route and a GPS transmitter for tracking. The organizer, Stowarzyszenie Planeta Przygody Katowice, aims to challenge stereotypes about Silesia by routing cyclists through interesting parts of the metropolis. The event base provides two nights in a sports hall, baggage deposit, a finish-line meal and buffet, a chill-out zone, medals for all finishers, prizes for top riders, and a draw for a trip for two to Vienna, Prague, Berlin, or Budapest.
