Triathlon Garwoliński is a sprint-distance triathlon held in June at Mamut Water Park in Rębków, near Garwolin in Poland’s Mazowieckie region. The race follows the standard swim-bike-run format: 750 meters swimming, 20 kilometers cycling, and 5 kilometers running. Registration is online, spots are limited, and participants receive a starter pack and electronic timing.
The swim is one lap from shore in water up to 15 meters deep; wetsuits are permitted, and WOPR water rescue will be present. The bike course is a single, flat, non-drafting loop with two railway crossings, open traffic, and safety personnel at intersections. Time trial bikes or triathlon bars are allowed. The run is a single 5 km loop, measured by GPS, with kilometer markers. Awards are given in open categories for women and men, age groups starting from 16, and a special classification for athletes from the Garwolin district. All finishers will receive a medal.
