The ultraMaraton Bieszczadzki is a trail running event held in Cisna, within Poland’s Bieszczady Mountains, taking place in autumn under the Bieg Rzeźnika name. The event offers races from 12 km and 26 km up to 52 km and 100 km ultras, with the primary race close to marathon length.
The shortest race begins in the morning, while the 100 km participants start just after midnight. This means the longest distance runners will race a significant portion in darkness. The race office is located at the ORLIK area in Cisna. The event is associated with Fundacja Bieg Rzeźnika, the organization behind a well-known Polish mountain running brand.
