Zarnowiec Cross Duathlon

Cross Duathlon Żarnowiec is an off-road run-bike-run race held in Żarnowiec in late October. The format is short: a 3 km run, a 16 km bike leg, and a 4.5 km run. Results use gross time, with the clock starting when the field begins, not when each athlete’s chip crosses the line. The timing details show how the race was won or lost, with separate splits for the first run, first transition, bike leg, second transition, and final run. Athletes are sorted overall, by men and women, by age groups (K2-K5 and M1-M6), and in a separate category for residents of Gmina Dopiewo. The results table also records club, town, country, bib number, penalties, final time, and the gap to the winner.
