Żelechowski Bieg Łabędzia

The Żelechowski Bieg Łabędzia is a one-day street race held in Żelechów, starting and finishing on the town market square. The main events include an 8 km run and a 5 km nordic walking race, both featuring electronic timing and finisher medals. This event, now in its second edition, takes place in June. The routes follow the town's streets, avoiding trails or stadium circuits. The day offers activities for various participants: experienced athletes can compete in the 8 km race, walkers have a dedicated 5 km distance, and younger participants can join youth races. Additionally, a 5 km recreational rollerblading event provides another option. The local slogan, “Let’s Run Żelechów Again!”, reflects the event's aim: a town-center sports day designed to bring runners, walkers, skaters, and families together.
