This is a standalone under-23 men's road championship for Slovak and Czech riders, separate from the elite men's championship. One edition was raced in Česká Třebová over 150 km, using a hilly circuit with two climbs that the field had to ride seven times.
CAT Trenčín brought the biggest Slovak group to the start, with seven riders, and its team set the pace on the first climb. Petr Kelemen attacked at the top of that climb and later won the Czech race after a long breakaway. On the Slovak side, Kubiš gave Dukla a fourth straight title, with Kováč and Hoza also on the podium. Defending champion Tobias Vančo was absent due to health problems.
