The race acknowledges this history through military-themed shirts, unique bib numbers, and custom finisher medals, while providing discounts for veterans and students from Vermillion and Parke counties. Proceeds benefit the Vermillion Trails Alliance, dedicated to expanding trail and recreation options in Vermillion County.
