2026 Mercy Health Iron Mom Half-Marathon, Relay & 5K

Mercy Health Iron Mom is a Paducah, Kentucky race day featuring a half marathon, 5K, two-person relay, four-person relay, and virtual options. The in-person races begin in the morning near Dolly McNutt Memorial Plaza, with the start line at 6th and Clark Street. Packet pickup is held the Friday before race day at the Paducah Expo Center. The race benefits Family Service Society, Paducah's second-oldest nonprofit. This local group assists people with food, personal care items, clothing, emergency dental care, eyeglasses, rent and utility bills, and prescription medication costs. Awards are presented to masters runners, age groups, relay teams, and the top 5K finishers, in addition to overall winners. The day is structured for both individual runners and teams.
