2026 MHRRC Dutchess County Classic

The MHRRC Dutchess County Classic is an annual Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club race series in Dutchess County, New York. The event spans two days, featuring a Kids 1k Fun Run and 5k in Wappingers Falls, followed by a 10k and half marathon in Poughkeepsie. It is a long-standing local series with professionally timed races on USATF-certified courses. All courses are flat. The 5k begins at Robinson Lane Park on an out-and-back T-shaped route. The 10k and half marathon start and finish at Dutchess Community College, utilizing the Hudson Valley Rail Trail, including an out-and-back section over the Walkway Over the Hudson. The series accommodates children, first-time runners, experienced runners, and half-marathon wheelchair entrants. Pre-registered runners may receive shirts, and finishers in all race distances receive medals.
