26th Annual Irvington Turkey Trot & Animal Rescue Donation Drive

The Irvington Turkey Trot & Animal Rescue Donation Drive is a Thanksgiving Day race held in Historic Irvington on Virginia's Northern Neck. Participants can choose between a 2-mile or 5-mile race, or tackle a combined 2-and-5-mile challenge. A Tot Trot is also available for children. The event is organized by volunteers from the VIA, the Village Improvement Association, and proceeds support animal welfare groups in Lancaster County. It runs rain or shine. The course winds through Irvington's historic neighborhoods, suitable for serious runners and those preferring to jog, walk, or skip. Participants in the 2-mile and 5-mile races receive a custom T-shirt, while supplies last. Registration closes prior to race day; no same-day signups are permitted.
