Bound for the Sound

Run the 10K at Sound View Beach, a mostly flat course with some gently rolling hills. The 5K is flat and fast. Both races finish down historic Hartford Avenue facing the beach, along a scenic course along Long Island Sound. Walkers are welcome. Food and drinks are available after the race. All proceeds benefit the Old Lyme Fire Department Auxiliary.
