Denfit 1776

Run down the street on July 4th with dozens of other people carrying an American flag. This run honors the men and women who founded our nation. You'll enjoy a scenic, flat and fast route through the village of Cape Vincent and along the river. Everyone carries an American flag, with a special challenge for those who carry a 3x5 flag on a pole the entire distance. After you finish, grab light refreshments and stick around for the 4th of July Bike Parade!
