Holden Turkey Trot

The Holden Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving morning 5K in Holden, Massachusetts. It begins at 8:00 a.m. at Seven Saws Brewery on Industrial Drive, where the start and finish lines are located. The event draws a substantial field for a local holiday run, with over 1,300 participants registered and more anticipated. Herlihy Insurance sponsors the event. Runners should plan to arrive early because of the time needed for parking, check-in, and traffic management on Industrial Drive. The course departs Industrial Drive, proceeding onto Main Street, Highland Street, Philips Road, and Woodland Street. It then loops back via Main Street and Industrial Drive to the brewery. Awards are presented to the first female and male finishers, along with age-group prizes for categories from 18-and-under to 60-over. The race includes a lighthearted award: the last finisher receives a Dunkin gift card. No water stations are provided on the route; participants should bring their own hydration.
