The Indiana Trail 100 is a trail ultramarathon held in Albion, Indiana. Runners can choose from 50, 75, 100, or 150 miles. The event limits participation to 400 runners and offers no prize money, focusing on long-distance trail running instead of a large road-race atmosphere.
The course is a 20-mile loop featuring wide and narrow paths, rolling hills, dirt sections, and off-camber grass. Approximately 95% of the course is unpaved, with minimal road running. Many trails circle lakes through wooded areas that provide wind protection. The race started in 2013. The fastest recorded 100-mile times are 15:04:55 for men and 17:35:17 for women.
