Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 5K/10K

The 15th annual Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness offers a stroller-friendly, scenic course through open green spaces and forested paths along the Tualatin River. This event raises public awareness about Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, funds medical research, and supports families. Survivor/Angel Signs will line the sidewalks, honoring Angels and Survivors. Finishers receive a race packet, and a virtual race option is available. Make a difference and support families impacted by CDH.
