NAMI Tallahassee's Bluebird Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness & Suicide Prevention 2026

Since 2015, community has gathered on Labor Day mornings. This year is no different. First-time Bluebird participants are welcome. This is a mental health awareness event focused on education, connection, and hope. Challenge yourself on a beautiful, challenging trail run or enjoy a walk across the Lafayette Heritage Canopy Bridge. Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with refreshments and visit Memory Lane, a tribute honoring loved ones lost to suicide. Your participation helps NAMI Tallahassee expand access to free mental health support.
