Prevea Health Run Away to the Bay is a 55-mile spring relay from Oshkosh to Green Bay, Wisconsin. Teams of two to eight runners start at Menomonee Park on the shore of Lake Winnebago and proceed north toward a waterfront finish on The City Deck in downtown Green Bay. The race is open to runners 16 and older, with team relay and pairs relay options, plus open and masters divisions for men, women, and mixed teams.
The route begins through Oshkosh, follows County Road A toward Neenah and Menasha, then continues through Darboy and Kaukauna before joining the Fox River Trail north of Forest Junction. From there, runners stay on the trail through De Pere all the way to Green Bay. Teams must average 12 minutes per mile or faster because the course closes in the evening, and drivers can also join the day through a package that includes a shirt, beverage, and post-race meal.
