Rock Hall Triathlon

The race is in Kent County on the Eastern Shore. The swim is in Rock Hall Harbor on the Chesapeake Bay, protected from wind and chop. The bike course has beautiful pavement and wide shoulders on a rural course. The run course is flat, through the nautically themed neighborhoods and side roads of Rock Hall.
