Run for the Kids of St Jude

Run for the Kids of St Jude is a Saturday morning charity run and walk held at Fleet Feet in Aksarben Village, Omaha. The event provides a 5K and a 1 Mile option. The 5K begins shortly before the mile, allowing families, walkers, and runners to select their preferred distance. The race benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, with all registration fees directly supporting St. Jude. Team Ethan powers the event, which was inspired by Ethan Benson. Ethan received treatment from St. Jude following an aggressive brain cancer diagnosis and has been cancer-free for two and a half years. The event establishes a fundraising target for St. Jude, provides participants with a race shirt as supplies last, and recruits volunteers for race day operations.
