Seize the Day Warrior Walk + 5K - Baton Rouge 2027

The Seize the Day Warrior Walk + 5K in Baton Rouge features an untimed Warrior Walk alongside a timed 5K Run/Walk, with a Virtual 5K option also available. This event takes place in April and is presented by Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, the state's longest-standing epilepsy organization. They provide direct services, education, and advocacy for individuals with epilepsy. The Warrior Walk evolved from a 1-mile run/walk that was part of the event for over two decades; it is now exclusively a walk and is untimed.
