Treasure Valley Triathlon

The Treasure Valley Triathlon is a circuit-style event held at Esther Simplot Park in Boise, Idaho. It features a closed, flat course along the Boise River. The race provides Super Sprint, Sprint, and Olympic distances, each with relay options. Adaptive race choices are available, and a Youth Splash & Dash occurs during packet pickup. Athlete entry is limited to 400, ensuring a less crowded field than many urban triathlons and ample space for spectators. This event is a community charity race benefiting adaptive sports throughout southern Idaho, with para and adaptive athletes competing without charge. It is USAT sanctioned and functions as Idaho's state finals for high schoolers and age-group athletes, offering paths to state championships and national qualifications; 35% of participants reportedly qualify for Nationals.
