TriRidgefield Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon

The TriRidgefield Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon, first held in 2007, winds through countryside. The Sprint Triathlon starts with a swim in Great Pond, followed by a bike ride and run. Non-swimmers can join the Sprint Duathlon, featuring a run, the same bike ride, and a final run. Register early to guarantee a shirt.
