MEIA MARATONA QUIRIRI 2026

The Meia Maratona Quiriri takes place on Estrada Quiriri in Joinville, Santa Catarina, offering trail distances of 21 km, 12 km, and 6 km. The event begins early in the morning. The half marathon starts first, with the shorter distances commencing at ten-minute intervals. All participants have a three-hour time limit to complete their chosen course. The course crosses the preserved rural landscape of Pirabeiraba, positioning it as a nature trail race rather than a typical city road event. It is connected to the traditional Festa do Aipim de Pirabeiraba. This local festival influences the awards: top overall finishers are presented with a trophy and a traditional festival lunch.
