Sobre esta carrera
The Harzer Bike Days is a long-weekend bike festival held in Hahnenklee, a village within Germany’s Harz mountains. The event focuses on off-road riding, featuring mountain bikes, e-MTBs, gravel bikes, children’s bikes, enduro racing, marathon racing, tours, and a trade fair or flea market. Participants include families, beginners, junior riders, ambitious mountain bikers, gravel fans, and e-bike riders, with activities tailored for each group.
Much of the riding takes place around the Bocksberg, utilizing the local trail network for guided tours. The competitive aspects include a Downhill-Enduro-Race, an Uphill-Funrace, and the Nordharzer XCM Hahnenklee, covering technical descending, climbing, and cross-country marathon riding. Beyond the riding, the event incorporates music and parties, fostering a community atmosphere rather than just a single race day.
