Remmers-Hasetal Marathon

The Remmers-Hasetal Marathon takes place in Löningen, Germany, featuring a full marathon and a half marathon. Shorter options include 10K and 5K races, alongside a 5K Nordic walking event. Organized by VfL Löningen, it's known locally as the town’s “Sommerlauf-Fest,” with activities centered in Löningen and along the race courses. The event caters to a broad range of participants beyond adult road runners. School students can compete in 1,800-meter races, younger children have a 300-meter Bambini run, and a 1,800-meter Special Olympics run is included. Spectators and runners can also enjoy a supporting program around the races. VfL Löningen directs a portion of each entry fee to HelpAge, supporting the “Jede Oma zählt” campaign.
