Aca Pédaler - Athis-mons

ACA Pédaler begins in Athis-Mons, located south of Paris in the Essonne department. It is designated as a one-day cyclotourist event with a cyclo-cross classification. Participants can select from four road routes: a 25 km route at the green level, 63 km and 83 km routes at the blue level, and a 101 km route at the red level, accommodating rides from a short club outing to a substantial long-distance journey. The Amicale Cyclo Athis Mons is the organizing body for the rally. The fee for an adult licensed rider is 5 euros. A recent edition attracted 69 participants, who rode under cloudy but mild conditions before a local thunderstorm arrived late in the morning. The course crosses Athis-Mons and extends into the Essonne region. The starting point has featured a mobile bicycle workshop providing complimentary last-minute adjustments.
