Bol d'Or Vélo is a 24-hour cycling race held at the Circuit Paul Ricard in southern France, utilizing the entire 5.8 km motor-racing circuit. It is designed for amateur riders and cycling enthusiasts. The primary challenge stems from riding continuously through day and night on a closed circuit, differing from a point-to-point race.
The event also offers participants shorter race options within the same program: a 6-hour race, 6-hour gravel and mountain bike races, a time trial, and a discovery ride. The name has significant cycling history, originating from a bike race that predates the well-known motorcycle Bol d'Or. The current event revives that historical cycling identity at a famous French circuit.
