Courses du Pays Glazik takes place in Briec, Finistère, Brittany, around the end of June. Galouperien Briec organizes the event, now in its third year. The program offers several options: a 13 km trail, an 8 km discovery trail, a 21.1 km road race for individuals or pairs, and races for children and juniors. A marked 10 km walk is also available, with a flexible start time in the morning.
The shorter trail begins after the longer one, and the walk starts earlier, spreading the morning's events by pace rather than a single mass start. The last edition attracted over 300 participants, reflecting the character of a local Breton race that accommodates clubs, families, walkers, and competitive runners. Aid stations are cup-free; participants should bring their own reusable containers. Awards are given to the top three women and men in each race, the club with the most participants receives an award, and bib numbers are entered into a draw for prizes, including a half-day thalassotherapy session.
