Eco Business Trail 2026

The Eco Business Trail is a 10 km urban trail within the Ecopole Sud Est business park near Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine. It follows a route combining roads and paths through Cesson-Sevigne, Rennes, and Chantepie. A distinctive feature is that the race passes through company grounds and other locations not typically accessible to runners. Participants can register individually or as part of a company team, connecting the race closely to the park's workforce. The course is designed to highlight the business environment of a significant activity hub in Brittany, rather than being a conventional circuit. Past events have incorporated passages through ten companies. The event was established to foster connections between local businesses and their staff outside of work hours. Additionally, a local environmental initiative is integrated: a portion of each registration fee supports the setup and maintenance of beehives situated between Rue des Charmilles and Chene Morand, with a local beekeeper managing their care and honey collection.
